Ingredient:
Egg x 1
warm water
chicken stock cube
1. whisk the egg
2. mix 1/2 cup warm water into the egg
3. mix the chicken stock cube (1/3 piece or even less is enough) with some warm water, and then mix it with the egg, too
4. sieve the egg mixture into another bowl (be ready to put into steamer)
5. boil the water in steamer
6. put the bowl with egg mixture into the steamer and steam with gentle heat for 7-10 mins
*Tip: Do not cover the lid completely, but leave a small interstice so that the surface can be smooth
ps. the yellow-ish thing on the surface was because the chicken stock cube was not complete dissolved...

妳是用一般的湯鍋,然後隔水加熱裡面的碗嗎?碗有用什麼東西支撐起來嗎?(照片中看不出來)
妳這篇來的正是時候,昨晚我跟MT還在苦思要如何做蒸蛋...我們既沒有微波爐也沒有電鍋

哈哈, 真是太剛好了~;) 我是用一個小鐵架(我房東的電鍋裡面附的)放在底下, 但是如果沒有小鐵架, 把一個有點深度的盤子倒過來放在底下也是OK的。
